The nearest shop and pub are a couple of miles away whilst just five miles north of the property the resort town of Hunstanton boasts a good range of shops and places to eat as well as a beautiful sandy beach a Sea Life centre and a leisure centre. This property offers simple yet nonetheless charming accommodation for up to eight guests however please note that for your comfort no more than four of these should be adults. The sun room to the rear of the cottage is one the one place that guests are guaranteed to spend a lot of time in as it is here that they can throw open the door relax on the sofa and listen to the seabirds call whilst enjoying the fresh sea air. Inside the main part of the cottage the lounge offers another comfortable place to sit and has two sofas and a gas stove to keep off the chill in the cooler months. Wells-next-the-Sea is a beautiful harbour town situated on the North Norfolk coast and has become somewhat of a destination for those looking for a chic holiday resort. The kitchen is situated just along the hallway looking over the garden and is equipped with an oven hob microwave fridge freezer and washing machine.
