Although small the village is well-appointed and has everything that guests will need to have an enjoyable holiday including a fantastic shop specialising in fresh local seafood which will no doubt be of great interest to keen cooks. For those who prefer to eat out there are two pubs in the village both serving food. A short walk away the village harbour is a lovely place to enjoy a wander around and also offers a choice of boat trips taking visitors around the coast and out to the picturesque Scolt Head Island home to an abundance of wildlife. The reverse-level layout of this cottage means that on arrival the first rooms that guests will come to are two bedrooms and a shower room offering a shower and WC. The first bedroom is a pleasant double room whilst the second bedroom is a delightful twin room. Stairs lead from the hallway up to the first floor where the main living area is situated. This gorgeous open-plan space is a wonderfully light-filled room comprising a lounge/kitchen/diner with the lounge area overlooking the front aspect of the property.
