On arrival at this barn conversion property guests first come to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with its beamed ceiling wood burner-effect electric fire TV/DVD comfy seating area and dining table seating four. The kitchen area occupies one corner of the room and is equipped with an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. The property has two bedrooms the first of these being a double bedroom with sumptuous four-poster bed and a door leading to the outside seating area. The second bedroom meanwhile is a cosy bunk room. The bathroom located close to the bedrooms offers a shower-over-bath and WC. Outside there is a private unenclosed garden with a patioed seating and a lawn for which the owners have provided garden furniture. Beyond this there are extensive shared gardens for guests to enjoy which include two lakes and a children s play area with a climbing frame slide and plenty of space for playing games. A wonderful addition to the property is the shared indoor heated swimming pool which is open daily from 8.30am -8pm although guests should be aware that this may sometimes be booked out for private use. There are many attractions in the area including the charming resorts of Beer Branscombe and numerous National Trust properties and gardens to name but a few. Entering the cottage you will find the spacious lounge which has two comfy sofas TV DVD player and doors leading out to the enclosed patio. The kitchen/diner is well-equipped with an electric oven and gas hob a microwave a fridge with a freezer compartment a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. In the dining area you will find a lovely table for four. There is also a WC on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms firstly a double bedroom with a king-size bed and a TV.
