Summer Cottage is a stone cottage dating back to the 16th century, resting on the outskirts of Salcombe in South Devon. The property plays host to four bedrooms, which are made up of a king-size with an en-suite, a double, a twin and a bunk room, there is also a bathroom and a shower room. The property is able to sleep up to eight people. Inside, you will also find a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside, find off-road parking for two cars as well as a sizeable garden with a terrace and lawned areas and woodland. There is also an external studio with a TV, comfy sofa and table football, which is included in all high season bookings, and at an additional cost of ﾣ100 per week at other times of year.
