Situated just off of the A377 the main thoroughfare running from South to North Devon with easy access to both the beautiful city of Exeter and historic market town of Barnstaple and equidistant to both of Devon s North and South Coasts and both Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks yet as you cross the Tarka line railway bridge and drive down the private track to approach the property it seems you enter a world of your own. This property is located on a family run farm and is just four miles from the nearest beach at Buck Mills also with easy access to both Devon and Cornwall coasts. Head towards the coast to be spoilt for choice with an array of expansive sandy beaches and delightful fishing villages including ever popular Bude and Clovelly. From here you can explore the area on foot via the South West Coast path or take a day trip to Lundy Island.
