This property is situated close to the centre of the Brixham a pretty harbour town which is located on the western edge of Torbay in South Devon. The town itself has a range of interesting shops and a number of well-regarded restaurants many of which specialise in serving the local seafood. Some visitors on the other hand like to take the opportunity to catch their own supper and join one of the accompanied fishing cruises that leave from the town s harbour or alternatively take a leisurely trip on one of the pleasure boats that run around the bay. Days at the beach are easy to enjoy here as there are several beaches within easy reach of the property including the town s main Breakwater beach. This pretty cottage makes a lovely place to stay and guests will love the attractive tastefully styling which shows the thought that has been put into creating a restful holiday home. On entering the property guests come first to the welcoming lounge with is comfortable seating TV DVD Netfix and artfully exposed stone wall. A winding staircase leads to the lower-ground floor where the kitchen/diner is situated offering a fantastic selection of equipment including an oven hob microwave washing machine dishwasher fridge/freezer and separate wine fridge. The dining table comfortably seats four and sits next to the stable door which opens onto the property s outside space. (Please note that the kitchen has a low ceiling and some reduced head-height).
