Entering the property guests come to a hallway with attractive tiled flooring off from which you will find the spacious kitchen with its AGA oven electric oven hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher whilst the washing machine and tumble dryer are located in a separate utility room. The dining room is also situated on the ground floor which has a grand fireplace with a wood burner which keeps the room lovely and warm even in the winter months. A convenient WC is also found on the ground floor. Make use of the handy utility room which is a great for keeping bikes and surfboards safe.Taking the stairs to the split-level first floor guests will find the stylish lounge with its artfully chosen furnishings and decoration feature fireplace TV/DVD and estuary views. Two of the property s bedrooms are also located on the first floor both of which are doubles though one has a smaller-sized 4 bed.
