Totherside is perched high above the rooftops of the charming village of Kingwear overlooking the River Dart within walking distance of the village store, restaurants and the ferry to Dartmouth. A quality kitchen/diner leads to a rear patio and sun terraces with barbecue areas an unbeatable position for breakfasts, al fresco suppers and sunsets with the most wonderful river setting as the backdrop. There is a further sun terrace below with sun loungers for relaxing in the sunshine. Parking for two cars is on the driveway however access is via a steep and narrow road unsuitable for wide vehicles. Further parking can be found in the Marina car park. Access to Totherside is via 40 steps up and therefore not suitable for those with mobility difficulties. Choose a self-catering holiday at Totherside for a special celebration, family reunion or simply to share with friends.
