This beautiful cottage is set in a quiet elevated position within walking distance of the stunning Dartmouth riverfront. Famous for its Naval Cottage cobbled streets lead to the abundance of independent shops and eateries from fine dining to fresh fish and chips. Hop on the Dartmouth Steam railway or take a stroll along the promenade from Dartmouth Castle. There are two secluded cove beaches just a stroll away and several larger beaches just a short drive away. Coastal walks water sports golf adventure parks historic houses and Dartmoor make this the perfect holiday destination. Stepping through the front door you will be welcomed into the beautiful bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with comfy sofas and flame effect fireplace you can cosy up on a cold evening and watch your favourite programme on the TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher the dining area seats everyone and is perfect for a family meal or planning your days activities. Heading up to the first floor you will find the three bedrooms. Two beautifully decorated doubles and a cosy bunk bedroom (full size single beds built into the room) perfect for the little ones. Completing the first floor is the contemporary shower room with shower and WC. This property does not have an outside space. There is unrestricted roadside parking adjacent to the property. After a long day exploring the coastline or the bustling streets of Dartmouth relax and unwind beside the wood burner in the cosy lounge area where there is also a TV/DVD. Two steps lead up to the beautifully presented ground-floor double bedroom which benefits from an en-suite shower room with WC. A queen-size double bedroom with river glimpses twin bedroom and bathroom with shower over bath are all located on the first floor which is accessed via cottage style stairs. Steep steps lead up to the beautiful terrace patio with seating which is well worth the climb to enjoys spectacular panoramic views across Kingswear and the river Dart. Need to know: 3 bedrooms. 1 double with en suite shower and WC. 1 queen size double and 1 twin. 1 main bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave with a combi oven, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. TV/DVD. Wood burner (logs are not included) but can be purchased at the local shop. Wi Fi included. Terrace with seating accessed via steep steps. Cottage style stairs inside. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Please note the only outdoor space at the cottage is a paved terrace area via some steep steps, but there are dog walking areas close by. Room to store boots, coats and prams. Parking available in the local Marina carparks at an additional charge weekly permits can be purchased.. Beach 3 miles, pub/restaurant, shop, Post Office, ferry and railway station within walking distance. There is access on street level to the cottage for the loading and unloading of guests luggage, however, the road does become narrow and some people prefer to reverse back on to the main road.
