The il Borgo Agritourism Complex is near the historic Etruscan city of Cortona. It is in a beautiful country setting amongst olive trees, cypresses and sunflowers in the Chiana Valley. The Due Olivi Apartment is in a new house next to an older, rustic dwelling with a number of apartments. This apartment is part of a fattoria, consisting of 9 apartments. As is customary in most fattoria's, this one also has its own olive and wine production facilities. The house is ample and well maintained. There is a well kept garden that surrounds the fattoria with a completely fenced pool. The little ones can splash away in the children's pool. This holiday address is surrounded by olive groves and offers a breathtaking view of the Valdichiana and from some vantage points of lake Trasimeno as well. A culinary evening is guaranteed with the available barbecue . Life is excellent in Tuscany! Because of the central location between the lake of Trasimeno (8km) and the beautifully located medieval city of Cortona (9km). culture and entertainment are within a stone's throw of one another. The house, constructed in 2016, is a perfect base with access to a range of motorways and an airport, ideal for exploring Tuscany and Umbria, with Florence just an hour's drive away and Rome two hour's drive away. Despite this central position between the motorways, the house is set in a quiet location for a relaxing holiday. The Trasimeno lake, Cortona, Arrezzo, Montepulciano, Siena, Pienza, and Montalcino are just a small selection of the typical Italian villages and towns that are perfect for a visit! Or if you'd prefer to stay in, the sunny terrace offers you a wonderful view of the Tuscan hills, while the spacious private swimming pool is perfect for cooling down. This swimming pool is also perfect for children, who have a section especially for them. The house comprises two bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with two bunk beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Each bedroom has its own shower and wash basin.
