This charming cottage provides all you need for your holiday and is an ideal base for couples and families alike. The village itself has a small shop and a couple of pubs which serve food. There is ferry service to Fowey which runs every 15 minutes giving access to further shops restaurants and pubs. There is only one road in and out of Polruan which ends by the quay close to the tidal beach. It is ideally situated for visiting attractions such as The Minac Theatre The Eden Project or Ferryside where Daphne Du Maurier wrote her first novel. There is also easy access to the South West Coast Path. Entering the property on the ground floor you will come to the compact galley style kitchen well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave and fridge (located by the staircase). The kitchen leads you through to the shower room with shower and WC. The lounge/diner is surprisingly spacious with a comfy sofa and two armchairs where you can cosy up in front of the wood burner and watch a film on the TV/DVD there is also a folding dining table which seats four where you can enjoy your family meals.
