The immediate area is steeped in maritime and smuggling history and is renowned for having one of the best climates in England. Head towards the coast and visit traditional Cornish villages such as Mullion Porthleven and Coverack. Attractions in the area include The Minack Theatre National Seal Sanctuary Flambards Theme Park and the Tate Gallery at St Ives to name just a few. The accommodation is arranged on one floor accessed by three steps. The generous double bedroom has a modern en-suite shower room and WC. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner comes complete with Smart TV Ruark audio a wireless point for Wi-FI and boats views over the swimming pool area.
