This delightful cottage is approached by an original slate pathway and via a lovely little porch. On entering you will immediately find yourself in the characterful lounge/diner here a comfortable corner group sofa sits in front of the TV/DVD and an original inglenook fireplace with wood burner. A single step then takes you into the compact yet perfectly appointed kitchen and this offers an electric oven and hob microwave fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. The final room on the ground floor is the bathroom which boasts a shower over bath and WC alongside a useful washer/dryer. Venturing up the cottage stairs and onto the first floor you will then find the pretty bedrooms and these comprise of a well-proportioned double bedroom with views across the village playing fields and also a sweet little bunk bedroom. Located outside and to the front of the property there is a lovely small enclosed lawn area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ and here you can enjoy a meal in the open air after a day exploring.
