This spacious property is within a few minutes of Newquay s Tolcarne beach one of a number in the town. Tolcarne beach is a decent sized crescent shaped sandy beach which can be enjoyed equally by both bathers and surfers. The property is also within walking distance to the town centre with its shops bars and Blue Reef aquarium. If you wish to venture slightly further afield than Newquay there is much to see and do in the surrounding area including the beautiful Watergate Bay home to the Boardmasters music and surfing festival. For a totally different Cornish experience the pretty harbour town of Padstow with its plethora of upmarket eateries is within a 30-minute drive.
