THE ARKADENHOF...... a traditional house with a variable history has been brought back to life. The ancient walls and vaulted cellar can recount tales from many a life lived. We made it our task to carefully and harmoniously add what was lacking to what was already there. This resulted in four stylish apartments of different sizes, all of which are individually furnished with high-quality fittings that meet various different needs. Each of the apartments has direct access to the garden, a generous area covering 5,000 m². Lavender grows in this garden, and the trees bear fruits from figs to kiwis, peaches, nuts and berries. An archaic barbecue area with a large fire pit, a natural lake, the panoramic sauna at the highest point of the garden and many cosy areas for personal retreat invite those in search of relaxation. With the correct choice of mattress, and with bedding on request, two original tree beds - one in an old pear tree, the other in a plum tree - provide the perfect surroundings for an unforgettable, romantic night in the Arkadenhof garden.

The Kellerstöckl in Bergstrasse 77Offer: Bookable from 8th to 22nd April 2017 - 2 persons - 5 nights for Euro 448,00Supplement for one additional person Euro 20,00 per night.Almost all of these “Kellerstöckl” lie in beautiful surroundings, in the heart of the vineyards, on viewing platforms or in so-called cellar streets. Some of them are run down as they have lost their original purpose, but many of them have been lovingly and carefully renovated and revitalised. Such as the Kellerstöckl in Bergstraße 77 in the heart of the Strem vineyards. Since summer it has been rebuilt while preserving the character of this special wine house.The “Kellerstöckl” now has a small, fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with open loft conversion and two further comfortable sleeping options as well as a bedroom. It also has a shower and WC and an idyllic terrace with a generous eating area directly in the property's own vineyard.The Chardonnay vines growing there are still young. In a few years the first wine will be pressed from these grapes. The cellar was adapted and now acts as a storage room, washroom and store room for bikes, motorbikes and the like. The challenge was to carefully revitalise the existing part of the building and sensitively integrate it into what is required nowadays.
