The town is a pleasant short coastal walk from the property and offers a range of pubs shops and eateries as well as the busy harbour. However the real draw of this property is that it lies in a more secluded part of town with quieter beaches one of which is within walking distance from the property s front door. Also on offer in the summer months is the delightful onsite heated indoor swimming pool for all the family to enjoy. Keen walkers will also love that there is direct access to the South West Coast Path from the property. Inside this delightful chalet has been tastefully furnished and fitted with cool coastal tones and plenty of natural light throughout. Located in a holiday park this chalet bungalow is an excellent choice for young families wishing to benefit from the park s leisure facilities. A shared indoor swimming pool together with a shop bar and eat in or takeaway food are available from Easter to the end of October. Brixham is less than a mile away with its pretty harbour shops restaurants and beautiful sea water lido. For bucket and spade days the beautiful beach at Fishcombe Cove is a short walk with further unspoiled coves and sandy beaches within easy reach. Just across the bay is the resort town of Torquay which can be reached via a ferry from Brixham harbour which regularly makes the fifteen minute journey throughout the day and into the evening. Upon entering the single storey accommodation you are greeted with a light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a wood burner effect electric fire. In the summer you can open the front door and let the outside in or in the cooler months snuggle up on the comfy sofa while watching your favourite programme on the TV/DVD.
