This single-storey stone barn is set within in a courtyard of nine cottages. The perfect base for families and close to the two miles of golden sands at Westward Ho! If your idea of a holiday is a relaxed pace of life stunning beaches quaint villages unparalleled scenery and exciting water sports then North Devon is the place for you. The area boasts 180 miles of walking and cycle paths known as the Tarka Trail which meanders through some of the best scenery in the country. Family attractions in the area include The Big Sheep and the Milky Way. A little further afield is the unique village of Clovelly RHS Rosemoor and the wonderful Exmoor National Park. This single-storey cottage is cosy and well-equipped on entering you are greeted by an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob microwave and fridge the perfect place to prepare an evening meal or light snack. After a day exploring the area sit back relax and watch your favourite TV show or the latest movie on the Smart TV/DVD. When it s time to head to bed there are two bedrooms to choose from a double and a bunk bedroom. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Stepping outside you can relax in the shared BBQ area with picnic tables and garden chairs. The cottage is part of a complex of properties which share the outdoor 40ft swimming pool with seating which is heated through the main summer months (from the last May Bank Holiday week until the 1st September only). There is also a communal children s play area with swings slides football goal posts and swing ball set. (bats and football provided) . There is also a shared utility room with coin operated commercial washing machines and tumble dryer. Surrounding the complex are 15 acres of working farmland with access to footpaths where you can walk the dog (on lead due to cattle) or just simply admire the stunning countryside and coastline.
