Going up to the first floor you will find two comfy bedrooms: one double and one twin. There is also a shower room complete with WC. Moving up to the second floor there are two more bedrooms: a double and a twin as well as a bathroom complete with shower over the bath and WC. Stepping back outside to the front of the cottage you will find a private enclosed gravelled area or you can relax in the shared BBQ area with picnic tables and garden chairs. The cottage is part of a complex of properties which share the outdoor 40ft swimming pool with seating which is heated through the main summer months (from the last May Bank Holiday week until the 1st September only). There is also a communal children s play area with swings slides football goal posts and swing ball set. (bats and football provided) Car parking space is allocated and secure storage is available for bikes and surfboards etc. There is also a shared utility room with coin operated commercial washing machines and tumble dryer. Surrounding the complex are 15 acres of working farmland with access to public footpaths where you can walk the dog (on lead due to cattle) or just simply admire the stunning countryside and coastline.
