Welcome to this enormous countryside house near Sant Joan, right in the centre of Mallorca. The exterior is the most remarkable of the house. The stoned terraces occupy 500 m2 and there is a big porch with table, chairs and BBQ, where you can organize summer meals. The pool is 4 x 8 meters large and it is surrounded by an area with sun lounges, so you can relax with the good weather of the island. There are two outdoor showers and sun umbrellas as well. At the entrance of the plot there is a big porch to park up to 5 cars. In the same space, there is an exercise machine for those who want to keep fit even on holiday! The surroundings are very rural with a mix of rain-fed lands.
