Welcome to this amazing house located in Capdepera in the first sea line. It welcomes 6 peopleThe house counts with a porch and a terrace, both furnished. It is the perfect place to enjoy breakfasts and summer dinners with sea views. The living - dining room with sea views where you will enjoy resting moments watching TV or simply relaxing on the sofa admiring the views. The dining table has room for 6 people. The independent kitchen has a ceramic hob and all needed tools to cook delicious dishes. There are a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.The house has only one floor and there we find three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have two single beds and the last one a double bed; all of them with a closet. there are two bathrooms with a shower and one of the is an en-suite one. For the little guests , a cot and a high chair are also available. This cottage is in a quiet area, but the zone is nice for excursions, playing golf or enjoying the beach. This nice house with sun terrace and Jacuzzi is 170 meters from the sea in S'Illot and welcomes 6 guests. The front terrace is nice for a family dinner; but the main reason you may adore this property is the roof terrace with Jacuzzi, sun loungers and exterior shower. There's also a barbecue to prepare tasty meals outside. A glass of wine on the sofa in the chill-out area is a leisurely affair. The plot is fenced and there are next-door neighbours. This place is just perfect for family and friends seeking holidays near the beach. The decoration is simple but cozy.
