Outside you will be able to cool down in the beautiful chlorine 8 x 4 meters pool which has a depth that goes from 1.45 to 1.80 meters. You can get tanned on one of the sunbeds or protect from the sun under the umbrella. The terrace around counts with several corners to have a vermouth before lunch or a drink while admiring the sunset. There is also a little terrace which belongs to one of the bedrooms, and there you can relax reading a book or watching the countryside around. The 184000 m2 property is fenced, there are nearby neighbours and the privacy is partial.This is a one storey 200 m2 house. The living room counts with a sofa where you can watch TV Sat (only German channels) and an ample and luminous space. The gas kitchen is fully equipped to cook during your stay. It counts with a 4 chair table to have breakfast or to cook with your family. It also has a chimney to warm up on the coldest days. The house has 4 bedrooms. Two of them have two single beds and the other two have a double bed, each one. One of these last ones has an en suite bathroom. There is another bathtub bathroom for the rest of the house. If you are travelling with a baby a cot and a high chair are also available. You can sunbathe on the sunbed by the pool. You can also spend nice evenings outdoors at the furnished porch where you will be able to taste delicious barbecued meats and vegetables. The house is located within the village, with direct neighbours and total privacy.The combined current and rustic style results in a happy and comfortable decoration. The living room and the dining room share a space on the ground floor. You can rest on one of the sofas or armchairs while reading a book or watching the TV Sat (only German channels). Then we get into the kitchen, which has a ceramic hob, it is fully equipped and it includes a little table for breakfasts. There is a second living room where you can rest on the sofa. A little bathroom with a shower completes this floor. Upstairs we find the bedrooms. The 1st one has a double bed and the 2nd has two single beds, both with a wardrobe.
