In Port d'Alcúdia (10.5 km) there are all kind of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and lots of leisure offer. This is a wonderful house in the countryside with a fantastic swimming pool and a lovely garden.The house is very well connected - you will be able to get to the nearest town in a few minutes by car. There you will find all kind of services and a weekly local market on Thursdays. The plot is surrounded by lots of rural paths where you can hike, cycle or do long strolls. You can climb Puig de Santa Magdalena where there is a little chapel, a viewpoint from where you can see the whole island and a restaurant to have some lunch and keep you going. There are some paths that go towards Serra de Tramuntana (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and others that go towards Pla de Mallorca, a rural area with some hills. This is a 160 m2 one-story house located in a quiet area of Mallorca.  The house is located in an area of the middle of the island, so it's very well connected, tourism is not very common and it's settled mainly by locals. Just a few km from the house you will find the town of Inca where you will find supermarkets, pharmacy, ATM, sport area, bars and restaurants. 35 minutes drive will take you to Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. This is a beautiful apartment on the sea front with a wonderful viewpoint to Caleta de'n Busquets. It is located in Cala Figuera. The views from the terrace and the location of this apartment make this place perfect to spend your holiday. The area is very quiet; you can still feel the fishermen lifestyle of years ago. Still some fishermen from the area go fishing with their “llaüts” (Majorcan traditional boats) and then go to the Lonja nearby to sell it. If you like fish, we recommend to buy it there! From this lovely apartment you will be able to do some walking or cycling trips. It is an ideal place to visit different areas in the south of Mallorca.
