This beautiful old stone farmhouse in the style of the Périgord. Much has been restored and it has typical old furniture. It is quiet here in a hamlet including a few houses in a 20,000 m² park, surrounded by nature. Not far from all the attractions such as Sarlat, Lascaux Caves, Vézère valley. The partially fenced property has an area of 800 m², with trees, flowers, table and chairs, barbecue and parasol. This lovely old farmhouse is part of a large area of 20 000 m² shared with two other houses. For common use, the Pool House has an area of 3 square meters and can be used for storage. The secure pool has a size of 11.50 x 5.50 m, depth is 0,60 to 1,80 m with alarm behind the house in a separate area with an area of 400 m², you will find a road here where you can cross. There is also a stairway, ladder, chairs and sun umbrellas.
