Brasschaat is a park town that really values its natural scenery. You will find an abundance of forests, ponds, castles, rose gardens, sunbathing meadows and zoos, plus a children's farm and lots of cafes and restaurants. If you prefer a somewhat more active holiday then you will find tennis clubs, a water park, an equestrian centre and (miniature) golf courses in the immediate vicinity. This lovely family home was built in 1926 and has been lived in by four generations of the same family. Now lovingly restored, it still retains all its period charm, including beautiful marble fireplaces and carved glass doors, whilst providing all the comforts of a modern home from a fully equipped, handcrafted kitchen to wifi and cable tv. The garden is large, private and sunny. With sofas, a dining table and BBQ, it is perfect for relaxing in. Located in the centre of Mol, the house is a short walk from the town square where there are markets on Sundays and Tuesdays, and lots of shops and restaurants. There is plenty of choice. A short drive away are the beautiful Molse Meren, where you can swim and sail. Bring a visit to Postel and Corsendonck if you like abbey Beers. For the children, Bobbejaanland and de Efteling are not far away. A perfect base from which to explore "de Kempen" with all the comforts of home. Children have plenty of room to run around, while you enjoy the serenity on the terrace. Inside you also have plenty of room in the pleasant living room, where you can light the fire in the wood stove on colder days. The bedrooms are spacious, but feel cosy thanks to all the wood. The surroundings are excellent to take beautiful hiking and cycling tours. Authentic farmhouse surrounded by nature on the outskirts of Hoogstraten. Hoogstraten is located in the province of Antwerp 10 minutes from the Dutch border. This holiday house comfortably accommodates 6 people. It is equipped with all the conveniences. You can be in the middle of the Meir, the biggest shopping street in Antwerp, in about half an hour by car. This is a great place to spend a day shopping and admiring the historic city centre. Half an hour’s drive in the other direction will bring you to the centre of Breda in the Netherlands, while the Efteling amusement park is just a bit farther. So this accommodation makes a perfect base for exploring parts of both the Netherlands and Belgium. Westmalle is a Trappist monastery and certainly worth a visit as well. And nature lovers should be sure to visit Kalmthoutse Heide, a nature park of heathland. The area is also ideal for hiking and biking on one of the many bicycle routes that are so abundant here in Flanders.

The owner himself once lived here, and now it has been transformed into a wonderful holiday house. It has been renovated and now a modern and comfortably furnished holiday home is waiting for you, with surprisingly spacious interiors. On the lower level you will find a separate sitting area with a bar table, a room with a bumper pool table and even a nook that could be called a study, in addition to the large hall, the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. Not that you will find much call for work here of course, since there are far too many relaxation options for that. In winter you can enjoy use of the infrared sauna. When the weather is nice you can spend time in the large garden with an unenclosed pond. The fields begin beyond that, further emphasising the country setting. There is a terrace where you can soak up the sun, and for shade you can always head to the pleasant covered terrace. The drive is shared with the owner's veterinary practice, but everything else is private. The Bobbejaanland amusement park is less than a kilometre away. Kasterlee, just 10 kilometres away, is one of the most beautiful villages in Belgium and offers starred restaurants. Antwerp is just over half an hour by car.

You might think that a cottage is primarily a winter destination. From the chalet you can take beautiful walks or bike trips through the area. There is plenty to see and experience here. For families with children, Recreatiedomein De Lilse mountains is highly recommended, but also the Mega Speelstad. In addition to the beautiful city of Antwerp which is located at a half hour drive away, Turnhout is also worth a visit. Other places that are nice to visit are Domein De Renesse in Oostmalle, Natuurgebied Visbeekvallei-Kindernouw, Lilse Golf and Country Club, De Kempen now has a gigantic cycle route network where you can take beautiful bike rides. You cycle through the Velden and see beautiful castles, villas and forts. After a busy day you can enjoy a delicious BBQ on the beautiful terrace in the evening.

This chalet with modern interior is situated on a small recreation park in the beautiful city of Geel. The chalet is directly on the water and has a covered terrace and a fully enclosed garden. You look out over the fish pond, where you can fish for carp, pike, bream and eel. An ideal place for people who like fish. The living room is cosily furnished with a large sofa so you can enjoy time together. There is a large dining table and in the mornings you can unhurriedly start the day at the breakfast bar. The chalet is a good base for various walks and cycling routes. In the nearby town of Eindhout is a bakery, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a few cafes and a newsagent. Great to visit in the area is the market in Geel's city centre, where every Saturday morning a large flea market is held and where you can also buy fresh produce. You can find various pavement cafes, nice restaurants and brasseries there. The main attraction of Geel is the 15th century Sint Amands Church, and there a few museums to visit, like the Lamp Museum, the Bakery Museum and the Clock Museum. Good for a day out with the children: theme park Bobbejaanland is only 16 km from your holiday home.

Beautiful farmhouse with a huge garden, situated in a wooded area. The farmhouse was designed by the owner and built with mostly recycled materials. You'll really feel at home if you like a combination of industrial and vintage. Many items and decorations were brought home from travels all over the world. From the covered terrace with a wonderful lounge sofa you have a view of the large garden, which ends in a meadow with ponies. The large table on the terrace is ideal to have breakfast or a barbecue together. It's also the perfect setting to play some nice games. Just like the large dining table inside. While having a cup of coffee, you can enjoy looking at the ducks, rabbits and chickens walking around freely in the garden. Great for the children. There's a beautiful studio you can make use of regardless what the weather's like. There's table-football for the fanatics, but it's also a wonderful place to read a good book. The suspended lounge bed in the garden offers the ultimate relaxation. There's even an old-fashioned wood-fired hot tub. Now that's really nice during the cooler evenings.
