From the moment we walk up to the house, the sailor spirit envolves us, with meticulously placed decorative details (an old fishing boat, the blue shutters and pots, the life ring and the oar hanging from the wall), which invite us to enter the house and find out what more it has in store for us. There are several terraces, providing us with diferent relaxing areas: read a good book in the sun on the lower terrace, pick some oranges or lemons from the fruit trees for a delicious glass of fresh juice, the children playing with the swings behind the house or a delightful family dinner on the huge terrace in front of the living room, enjoying the sea view. There is an exterior shower, to freshen up or to wash off the salt and sand after a plunge in the sea. This house of two floors is ideal for sea lovers and people looking for peace. The house is within a residential area so there are direct neighbours. The terrace gives access to the stately living room where you can watch a film in the TV- Sat or have a little siesta. If you like cooking, there is a fully equipped kitchen with vitro, all kinds of tools, washing machine, iron and iron board.On the ground floor there are two bedrooms. One has a single bed and the other one has two single beds. Apart from that, there is a bathroom with a bathtub on the ground floor. It is very quiet and it is characterised by its proximity to the sea and to the mountain called Sa Talaia, just at the back of the residential area. The coast is mostly rocky, but there are several beautiful beaches around like Mal Pas, Sant Joan or Morer Vertmell. If you come in spring, you can hike or cycle or take long waks by the sea. In Bonaire there are no services, but 5 minutes away by car you will arrive to Alcudia where you can do the shopping, have dinner or visit the street market which takes place on Tuesdays and Sundays. In Playa de Alcudia you will find nightlife, leisure and the seaport where you will find boat excursions to Formentor and others.Note: This property's rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. Chalet located in the North of Majorca, in Puerto de Alcudia, 130 meters away from the beach. A second home for 4-5 people. If you don't want to go to the beach one day, you can enjoy the sun in one of the two sunbeds, make a barbecue with your family or simply enjoy the Mediterranean environment. This house is in a neighborhood with direct neighbors.You can spend an evening of relax in the living- dining room, reading a book or making a little siesta. If you leave the terrace door open, a fresh breeze will invade the house. Are you hungry? In the kitchen you will find all you need to prepare all kinds of dishes, including a vitro and kitchen tools. The laundry with a washing machine, iron and iron board, very useful for long stays. On the ground floor we find bedroom a double bed with exit to the terrace and another one with trundle bed which is ideal for children. Both hare air conditioned and have a closet. The double bed bedroom has also a stair that leads to an unfurnished little terrace. For your security this stair is closed and there is no access to this little terrace. We can prepare two cots and one highchair if you are travelling with babies.On the first floor there one bedroom with double bed, closet and exit to a balcony, as well as the only bathroom in the house with bathtub and bidet.Alcudia Bay is a paradisaical place with white sandy beaches and crystalline waters. For instance, Puerto de Alcudia beach, Playa de Muro and Can Picafort. Some kilometers away we find l'Albufera Park where you will enjoy nature. On top of that, in Alcudia you can visit the ancient roman city of Pollentia, hike or cycle to Sa Talaia mountain or visit the Alcudia street market which takes place on Tuesdays and Sundays.
