It can adequately accommodate 6 people, and offers the comfort of a house which will allow you to get the most out of your holiday. The exteriors of the house are gorgeous; the property has a 64m2 private garden with grass within a fenced area, which makes it the ideal place for children to enjoy their time safely. It also has a furnished porch where you can eat peacefully and a fixed barbecue to enjoy cooking outdoors. The property's privacy is partial and you can park your car without any problems in the area surrounding the house. The living room with fireplace and dining room are in the same space. In the living room area you can enjoy the sea breeze while relaxing in one of their sofas watching satellite TV (in English or German) or simply reading a book. Besides visiting the port, do not forget to visit the ancient Roman ruins where you will be able to see a beautiful amphitheater. The area is also known for the quality of its beaches and coves, such as: Formentor, Manresa, Alcanada, Alcúdia beach, and so on.
